Linda Aufderhaar MSW, LCSW, CCM
Executive Director/President of Senior Care Associates

Linda Aufderhaar is a licensed clinical social worker with over 35 years of experience working with seniors and their families. She received her Master’s degree in Social Work in 1979 from the University of Utah. Ms. Aufderhaar is a Fellow Member and Past President (2006) of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers (NAPGCM) and served on the NAPGCM Board of Directors. Ms. Aufderhaar is a certified case manager (CCM) by the Commission for Case Manager Certification. Ms. Aufderhaar has worked in a variety of organizations including hospitals, home care, military settings, and served as an officer in the Army Reserves. Specializations include health, mental health and dementia care.

Nancy Moore BSN, RN, CMC
Geriatric Care Manager

Nancy Moore, RN, BSN received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Russell Sage College in Troy, NY in 1981. Ms. Moore is a certified care manager (CMC) by the National Academy of Certified Care Managers. Nancy has over 30 years of nursing experience including oncology, community health and hospice care. Nancy enjoys working with seniors and their families with specialized training focusing on quality of life issues, the special needs of the aging population, and clients with chronic health issues. Nancy’s specialties include geriatric care management, palliative and end of life care.

Veronica Kelly, RN, LCSW
Geriatric Care Manager
Veronica Kelly is a licensed clinical social worker and a registered nurse. Veronica graduated from Catholic University in Washington, D.C. with a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Veronica received her Master's degree in Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University. Veronica has over 20 years nursing and social work experience with specializations in community health, mental health, and substance abuse.

Lisa Fiedorek, BA
Executive Assistant
Lisa Fiedorek, BA, received her Bachelor of Communications degree at the State University of New York in Buffalo, NY in 1990. Lisa provides administrative support to our care managers to ensure all of your client's needs are met in the most effective and efficient manner possible. Lisa brings over 15 years of administrative and management experience to the Senior Care Associates practice. In her free time, Lisa enjoys hiking, traveling, and volunteering.
